Default FDX-Phase in conflicts

Are trips that are picked up during the "VIEW/ADD" window payed in the month they're flown?

Example: If your recurrent training conflicted with the only trip(68hrs) you had on your line, your BLG would drop to zero...Would the trips you pick up during the phase in process, bring that months BLG back up? Or, are they paid like a normal make-up, the next month?

I've looked in the CBA, and can't find it. But, I would expect trips with the CIA paycode are paid in that month, not the next.

You will get paid for the trips you make-up as your new Blg for the month. They allow you to go 6 hours over the Blg you were awarded. So you could go up to 74 hours for Sep. Training is paid on the 15th of the following month Oct.

All mine have been paid in the month flown. If it is added to my line before open time released it makes my pay summary for that month. If it is added after it is paid the following month.

In the situation of a Monthly Make Up Bid, It's possible to come up short on BLG for the month, since your schedule isn't built like a VTO line where the schedulers will simply add trips or R-days to bring you up to min BLG regardless of your input. For the Make Up Bid if you don't supply enough available choices, then you are just SOL.

And those choices MUST be trip specific! It can be a little ore work than putting on your inputs for VTO. But, if you are eligible for 68+6 hrs of CIA and are trying to pick up a long trip (70ish hrs), chances are you are not competing with many others!

Also, carry over counts towards those hours! So, say you are eligible for 68 hrs and grab a 68 hr trip, of which 34 are carry over into the next month. You're done! You can't add another 34hrs to bring your BLG up to 68hrs in that month. You'll have to wait until open time is released and grabbed trips, but that will get paid the next month! So be very careful with carryover and CIA.
