FDX pairing change

FDX pairing change
Can anyone give me the short/skinny on a pairing change prior to flying it.
Swapped with open and got a double DH, international.
Originally to DH home and arrive on the 28th late (early 29th Zulu time) with a two leg DH/layover in between.
Now some flying has been added and will now DH home and arrive on the 29th (early 30th Zulu).
The change occured after I had picked up the trip. Other than the extra pay due to extra TAFB, is their any other pay issue that I should be aware of?
Thanks.

??Dunno. You mean paid at 125%?
What I do see in the CBA is a landing disruption. We had two legs added, so that would be :30CH for the first and 1:30CH for the second. I guess that gets credited once you actually fly it. Do you still have to put in a pay request or does it happen automatically?
As far as the RAT thing, I'm in the dark. I thought that was just a subsititution thing. But, that whole substitution system is mostly PFM to me anyway.

Extra Duty Period Pay is 3.5 hours added for every additional duty period added between rest periods I believe. Example: if you had a 50 hour layover and they added a hotel stby duty to your layover or had you fly a leg you would get the extra 3.5 (you have to fill out a pay log). As well if you get duty periods added to your trip you should get the extra pay for the trip first 12 hours paid at 1.5X and the rest at 2X then you fill out a pay log for the additional duty periods and they will pay you the following month. If you agree to an FAR extension to get the flight off you should get FAR ext pay with a pay log.
Hope this helps.

4.F.1. - Trip Guarantee - your guarantee should be the higher of the trip's CH when you traded for it, or the value now (before you block out) - whichever is higher.
(this is not considered a reassignment - RAT - trip... I'm pretty sure)
4.W. Disruption Compensation - make sure your trip's pay code is one of the ones listed here or you don't get this pay
4.Y. Extra Duty Period Pay - again, make sure you have the correct pay code associated to be eligible for this pay too.
25.S. Trip Revision, and 25. V. Extra Duty Period - again, the pay code
Some of these you have to submit a pay log/request for, some you don't. To be on the safe side, after the trip is over, look at your pay summary to figure out what you got paid extra for and what you didn't, then submit a pay log/request for the rest.

I believe it should be a RAT - so you should get a few notifications - one that it was revised, that you were removed from it and then that you were added back to it. You can then drop it if you desire and go into SUB with all the standard protection rules. If the trip changes more than 4 hours (I believe) on either end then it should be a RAT. If you take it, you get the 125%, etc. etc. Look up the RAT part in the CBA or give Crew Scheds a call.

then check out 4.M. Reassignment Trip Pay = 125% of trip guarantee if you block out on the trip
you also should still get all the disruption pays associated with the other sections - as long as your trip pay code qualifies.

Sure sounds like a RAT @125%. Be aware that RAT trip status DOES NOT qualify for disruption pay (xtra landings, etc). The 25% overage is supposed to take care of that issue. In the former contract a RAT paid 10% overage and I normally turned them down to go in SUB. Now the 25% overage makes them OK usually unless the trip is really dog doo-doo. SUB all depends on if you live in domicile or it is a long sub window and you do not want to risk a nasty trip....... Good luck.

Just to close the loop. It was supposed to be a RAT. After a call CRS and crew control, I was removed and re-assigned as a RAT. I'll turn a 73 CH trip into 91 CH with a phone call anyday.
I'm sure scheduling was just about to call and get that straightened out - they only made the change two weeks ago. I should have been a little more patient.
Thanks for the help everyone.
