Default FDX Bidpack Change Aug

FCIF today says bidpacks only available in PDF form - no longer available in exe files. Is this going to kill BIDX and the other bidding program?

Change doesn't happen until NOV. Gives the coders plenty of time to rewrite their programs. Also the .txt files will still be available.

I would be happy if the bidpack was published by the time the bid opened! Jeeeeez, what a way to run a railroad.

I'm not a computer wiz. Does Fastbid i.e. use the .txt files?

BidX only uses the text file, so this will have no impact at all on BidX.
