Ok, so the bid is out and a bunch of ANC 400 slots went vacant.

Roberto, what does the rest of the displacement bid look like?

I have only looked at the Classic bidders who can hold a CPT seat, and with 5 no-bids remaining (2 CPT's and 3 FO's with the seniority to hold any lower-48 CPT), here is what I got. I did not look at any secondary displacement choices, that is, those being bumped below, and the ones they bump, etc.

1 – 747-400
2 – MD11 ANC
12 – MD11 SDF
5 – DC8
2 – 757 SDF
2 – 757 SDFZ
1 – 757 ONT
1 – 757 MIA
1 – A300

When does the displacement info/results get posted?
From there do they post a training schedule, or do you just get a note in your mailbox/V-file?

Displacement closes 07/14 and usually posts within 48hrs on cms. Just ck the cms 0n the 15th or the 16th and you'll get all your answers to your questions that day.

ERJ Jay is a poolie ... no CMS for him.

Only thing to add is that training bids will post by July 17 and I think I read somewhere that there is a 400 class scheduled for later July. So bid closes July 14 with training as early as July 28 or so.

FWIW ...

Keep yer waders on, there is zero growth on this bid, just shuffling. All the ANC FO slots will be filled by displacing junior lower 48 FO/FEs, not by hiring

Roberto, Are you going to give us an update on the 747 classic bidders? Would be very helpful. I know the company is also going to run a "mock bid" next week and you can call Kim or Craig for updates.

Since I last checked (see post above) one more senior FO put a bid in (to stay an FO). That leaves 2 CPT's and 2 senior FO's to go. But that only takes care of 747 classic bidders who can hold CPT. As you know, a lot more damage will be inflicted down the line by the classic FO's and the many secondary displacements.
