Actually, it is quite specific when it comes to p7's. It says that it doesn't apply. These guys turning our own down just have no balls. They don't want to be in a position of explaining why they wouldn't exceed the matrix when in the past they did exceed it with p7's. This is the position that our lead negotiator and past president put us in. Some guys just want to remain pure in case they ever have to answer that question in front of the long green table with no food on it.

You will lose the pay for that trip, but are immune from admin action
