It's the morning after and it's back to the usual b-atching. I just wanted us to have one day of positive introspection.

I too remember parking-lot-deals et. al., but, if one has to or wants to have a flying job this one has turned out as one of the best.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programing...

Has anyone around here got any more memory than what has happened in the last year or two ? Does anyone remember how the COMPANY put its NON UNION EMPLOYEES out on the streets of DEMOCRAT and AIRWAYS ROADS, in total show of support AGAINST THE PILOTS, back in the mid 1990's ???
How about the termination of traditional retirement plans in favor of a CASH OUT plan that will never meet the needs of those who gave the best years of their lives ??? How about the continued and ever increasing assault on workers to work more and get less in return ??? What about the ENDERS REPORT studies, that were never shared or discussed with the workers ???
More and more, we are required to meet increasing demands to satisfy some wacked out Policy or Management directives, only to increase the BONUS CHECKS and PAYDAYS for those relentless tyrants who demand to be called our Bosses .................................... Any and all Anniversary celebrations only exist due to the sacrifice and hard work offered up by the WORKERS that made it possible for any Company to exist and grow ........................
I am like most folks here.....happy to be here. Mr. Smith is a sharp Dude. But, as a group, we have short/zero memories. This place is a business, and we will only get what we fight for. Lets not forget that.... while we are basking in our luckiness and negotiating new deals with the Company.

That was the last time Mr. Smith sent me anything.
