VIPS Canceled FDA bid award.
I know there has been a lot of talk about this with the non-FDA awards...
But now I hear they are going out for FDA guys (HKG anyway, not sure about CDG)
Any FDA guys getting this one today?
Seems like the whole bid is being canceled? (assuming other FDA guys are getting this notice)

my MD11 bid award to transfer bases was cancelled today - was supposed to transfer in April.
checking out the latest MD11 training letter - looks like the only people left on it as of this afternoon are coming off the DC10 and/or 727 - no one left transferring between bases or coming over from the Bus.
I glanced at the Bus and 757 training letters and it looks like the only people left on the 757 letter are going to Paris (P75C or P75F). The only Bus folks left on that letter are coming off the DC10 and 727 also.
Seems to be working out like the VP's FCIF said - all awards cancelled except the excess bid awards and FDA bid awards.
Anyone see anything different?

SFS Fo to MEM30 Fo award cancelled today via VIPS.

Still some folks from '06 bid awards on the training letter. The junior guy just senior to the purple nuggets starts MD-11 training 1/21.

Contractually the company needs to provide 30 days notice to cancel an individual bid. This is why the Feb classes were cancelled immediately and everyone was cancelled the last couple of days. The guys going on the 21st are still going to be trained.
