So you think "they are going to have to get used to the harassment soon anyway". I'm sure the company will make sure there is no harrassment. Hmm! wonder what type of harassment is acceptable for an African American or woman pilot? Wonder why the airlines no longer make age 32 the max age for a new hire? Wonder if anyone will manage to get terminated for harassment?

I've tried very hard to NOT comment or respond to your posts --- but your logic, analogies, or understanding of where others are coming from, is often so faulty.
The airlie industry is based on seniority. People only agree to join at the bottom because the system is set up to allow them to progress to become senior some day. As you know, that career progression just took a big hit for some...and of course, that is the angle where this good-natured ribbing arose.
The airline system, and pilot progression, has never been based on religeon, gender, race or ethnicity.
Once again --- apples to apples please.
