Default UPS FLL Jumpseat

A little help please!!!!
I am jumpseating soon on UPS out of FLL. I know they park at the NW corner of the field. Does anyone have directions on how to get to that area? Is there parking for cars or should I just get dropped off? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Default Hope this helps

I'm new, I got lost trying to find it for a jumpseat last month ...

Seriously, you are right, the a/c parks in the NW corner of the airport. You can see the building from Perimeter Rd ... I just can't explain how to get onto Perimeter Rd.

You can spot the building by all of the Overnite trailer and trucks parked there. With an original UPS rig mixed in ...

The entrance to the building is on the southeast side. Should be able to park out front ... but ask first, or just get dropped off.

Good Luck ... hoppefully a MIA based member will jump in with better deatail !

Later, Brown CC

Arrow Getting to perimeter road

I haven't been to and FLL facilities for UPS. But based on my previous life, this is how I got to perimeter road:
Exit I95 at Griffin road.
Take Griffin road west, get in right lane.
Take right turn at Anglers Ave (I think it is the first light)
Right turn at Lee Wagner Blvd (First light)
Left turn after going over the bridge and you are on Perimeter road.
Follow it around the approach end of 9L and it should take you to the UPS facility.
If you see signs for the animal control office you are on the right track (animal control is on the south side of 9L).

I'm sure there are other ways, but this keeps you away from all the airport traffic.

Let me know if it works for you
