Default FDX - CDG gym

For planning my next trip, anybody know if the CDG Le Meridien hotel has a worthwhile fitness center? Just trying to pack accordingly.

Can't picture it in my mind but I do remember the gym was lame. Much better if you can stay at the Concorde and use the Club Med gym. How does that effect your packing out of curiosity? That can't be your only layover.

Baron,
Is that the same dame that was on your previous avatar? Nice to see the whole picture.

Yes...before the $9000 boob job. Glad I'm making good money after all these years.

I don't want to answer for him, but if I know the gym is going to be lame on one of my layovers, I pack my own set of plates and a bench. It takes a team of Sherpas to carry my gear, but as long as I'm happy, I'm happy. I just have to remember to ask the captain to add a few thousand pounds of fuel on each leg.

Now that is funny...and kind of what I was wondering. Maybe he packs those big rubber bands?

Believe me when I say it was an investment I didn't want to make and fought vigorously for several years, however, I would be lying if I didn't also say I am very happy with the results. I didn't need that stupid old 401k money anyway.

The "Le Meridien Gallia" is in MXP (Milan) and - yes - it is lame on the fitness center.

CDG has the Concorde La Fayette for long layovers and - no - the Club Med gym is not lame, but rather upscale in its fitness choices. Ask for a 1-day pass at the front desk (the gym entrance is outside, to your right slightly then down some stairs).

I'm a UPS guy, we stay there. The Le Meriden doesn't have a decent gym. Pack to run.
