Default Question about Flex Spending

Can I use my flex spending account on my wife even if she is not on my insurance but has her own insurance and flex account too?

Is she a named dependent on the flex spending account? If so, it shouldn't matter. I'm not an employee of FedEx, but my wife and I both have separate flex policies and we interchange our claims (you can't however claim the same visit two both companies).

It really has very little to do with insurance more to do with the IRS. Since there are no max contributions regulated I would say yes. Assuming she is a dependent. http://www.irs.gov/publications/p969/ar02.html#d0e1691
