Who knows? The pilots are the last to know anything around here. Good luck!

Yes, you may hear something.Ffrom one of my repeated posts trying to pass what is going on at the training center. HR will likely drip interview for a short time.
"They know they need to hire. The snake ate an elephant (closed the 72 out, closing out 74 classic, still picking up 11's ) and literally are out of training slots for new hires, available slots are going to thise already on property. Hiring will start the day they burp up extra training slots. Have poste don this debacle before. New hires this year had nice vacations along with 6 figure 72 crews. Costly bad planning. Adding new hires right now would not solve the problem in short term, so they just stopped it until they clear the traffic jam.
Expect JA's through the spring and desperate pleas for help. Fly safe!"

Stands for Junior Available. When crew scheduling is out of reserves to cover an open trip they start calling the junior-most guy on days off to offer the trip to them. You make time and a half for accepting a JA trip. They work up the seniority list until someone accepts the trip. If still no takers emergency management flying is invoked.
