Mine shows the DOS rate too. DOS was 10/30/06, but the effective date contract language mentions beginning with the Nov 06 bid month.
DOS+1 seems like 10/30/07 to me, which is in the Oct 07 bid month. I think we should get the DOS+1 rate this month (or as a minimum, any trips after 10/30/07).
As a side note, my Oct 15 pay recap has a new, increased rate due to a longevity increase since 11/01 is my hire date. I'm getting the year group 13 pay now since 11/01 falls in the Oct 07 bid month!!??

ding ding ding...we have a winner
and the CBA says DOS + 1 year, not effective date + 1 year. We should be getting the new pay for everything after 10/16! I'm sure they have already figured a way out of it though. They have already "optimized" away almost any benefit from the new duty rigs and the >8 block hour capture before we even see them in January. Looks like we signed off on a great new contract with nothing more than COLA raises. That said....life is still gooood!

Capt I flew with last night had this to say
He talked to the contract enforcement rep at the union and was told..
"you'll get your raise at the end of NOV...the reason..because we agreed to take it late on the first one and we'll get it early on the next two...so you will come out ahead"?????
No kidding. That was what he was told. S IF true, why wouldn't the union communicate this to us? If it is another good deal shouldn't we know?
Another great rumor on our well oiled machine.
