Domestically, buck a day. Int'l, I leave all the accumulated shrapnel from my pocket on the nightstand. It always kills me when I see the guys with the pouches they buy in Itaewan so they can keep all their foreign change segragated. Philippino pesos are worth 2c each and are the size of man hole covers but boy, it sure is worth hauling that around for months just in case.

Yea, but what do you tip the little/young girl that you walk out to the front gate... pesos or dollars?

Are we that cheap not to tip the driver?, and yes I think we should buy dinner for your crew once in awhile,(not Mcdonalds!) that was for you C.D., most guys really appriciate the gesture.

I think from now on I'm going to tip the S/O(or F/O, in my case), and then buy dinner for the driver. He'll have to buy his own beer, for liablility purposes.

Watch the passenger crews. They hand the driver $1.00 each. Our Capts and FO's hand him $3.00, at least on the Boeing, or $1.00 for each pilot. The math is simple and the drivers seem satisfied.
