Basically normal crew interactions. Drug test is included.
No sim ride for the FEs though, so I can't say what they like to see pilot-wise.

FWIW: I'm the guy with 7000 TT and didn't get the job. Well, I don't blame them at all! I just had a really bad, inexplicable, sim experience - it was entirely my own doing. Funny, my next sim with another carrier about 3 weeks later had excellent and have gotten the thumb's up there. So it was just one of those days, unfortunately, even thought the sim profile was very straightforward.
I must say I thought the whole Kalitta process was really good. Very simple, very pleasant, very much no silliness or intimidation. If you're qualified, if you can fly, if they like you, and you pass the drug screen, I assume you're in. I take it you should let them know you know what you're getting involved with, considering the length of the trips. Just like the cliche says: If you show up: The job is yours to lose. I didn't mind all that much paying my own ticket either - maybe it shows them you're interested or something, I'm not sure.
