Seriously, don't expect to hear anything from anyone concerning disciplinary actions.
The company and union will not advertise it. How many times have we ever read anything about the people that get fired around here?
Only time I know of, was the J/S issue.

Honestly, it's hard not to be a little peeved. I doubt if I was the only one that got absolutely no education from this message. It seemed more like a shot across the bow. I have seen crews do absolutely everything possible to get freight in and on time. The underlying tone seemed to be that SOMEONE is trying to ruin our good name, but instead of really addressing the issue, we'll just throw a smelly fish on the table and let everyone wonder. That's not helpful at all. If there is an issue, sunlight has always been the best disinfectant...

As for being 12.......not in a long time. I took your post to be in absolute support of the recent 'O Gram'. I have no problem posting stats indicating failures due to wx, engine failures (apparently the boeing has had two lately), missed dh's -- both scheduled and unscheduled, etc., but this recent email does not contain any relevant info. I do not know the secret handshake and/or code to ascertain its (true) meaning. BTW, wasn't one of the engine failures a divert to BNA??

I think "Zero" was trying to highlight the ones who call in fatigued. Remember this "Zero" gram:
Fatigue in the Field
If due to the schedule, weather, maintenance, and other factors beyond our control, you are fatigued to the point that, “in your professional judgement you cannot continue with a pairing/trip”, than make the call. However, it is hard to justify (although I’m willing to listen) a FAT call following the first leg, of the first pairing or flight, of a sequence.
No pressure there or this latest attempt.
