You scum bags have no idea what is in store for you when you strike. When the negotiations concluded in Green Bay, the mediator told the IPA to be very careful to "not stub your toes" on the next go around. The cards are stacked against you guys. UPS has done an excellent job of maneuvering the IPA into a tight corner. Good luck because you will need it.

I've got to hand it to you, you single handily are showing the rest of the flying community the thought process of our our UPS Mangers ! YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD! My hat is off to you! Just remember this, we, the IPA, are not going away! We are not mad, just resolved! UPS, and you for that matter seem content to hide behind the RLA! That's cool! No problem! AGAIN, WE ARE NOT GOING AWAY! You don't understand that things are different this time! UPS, YOU, are going to pay us! UPS, YOU, are not going to "outsourse jobs" (like China Air flying into Nashville for SCS!) Time my friend! TIME!!
Are you willing to destroy OUR company? You seem very proud that the company has "the cards stacked against us(you guys)" Very nice! Mark my words, if the company is hell bent on braking the IPA, they are hell bent on destroying UPS! To quote you "good luck because you will need it! The ball is in your court!
Merry Christmas!

Eightmenout, You are an idiot. The IPA has UPS by the balls. You know it, and I know it. I would love to go out on strike, but UPS will cave. Answer me this, What has UPS done for preparation for a strike? Just give me one solid item. Let me answer for you, since I believe you are retarded. Nothing! What does that tell you. No interveiwing, no sims in DEN, MSP, BFI. UPS hasn't done sh*t for a strike. They know the IPA owns your a*s. My problem is, whatever the IPA gets, it will not be enough for me. I know Tom and Jim have given up things that are really going to **** me off. I am voting NO anyway. I expect a 35% pay increase at date of signing. Anything less is a no vote. But back to my question retard, what has UPS done in preparation for a strike? NOTHING!

Again, you prove my point! Nowhere did I attack you or talk down to you in anyway, shape, or form! Nice, classy response! You can get mad, throw rocks, act like a 3 year old, it does not matter! The IPA has set the bar high to compensate our pilots for the contribution to the succuss OUR company, UPS.
Folks, this is an example of the meantallity of SOME, not all of the managers.
"You scum bags have no idea what is in store for you when you strike."
It indeed is sad! I can't honestly say why UPS has decided to take on the pilots, but when you witness responses like this manager, it leaves me asking "Why do I care"? I hope you are venting in a public domain and you wish you could retract your response? I happen to take great pride in the service that we provide our customers. I pray that "EIGHTMENOUT1" is someone pretending to be one of our Pilot Managers and not the real thing. Only time will tell? I am not going to attack "EIGHTMENOUT1" personally, just his responses. I also will not get into ****ing contest with him, I will let my actions at work, a calm, professional demeaner speak for it's self, and if need be I will strike the company I work for. I DO NOT seek a strike, nor do I want one! BUT, If the CEO of UPS is hell bent on destroying our company, the choice has been made! Again, hide behind the RLA and tell our customers, "Everything is coming up roses!" The IPA will continue to beat the drum, "Labor is unhappy" and sooner or later the NMB will release us. Tuesday, Dec 26, 2005, the IPA will submit our request to be released, it may or may not be granted, that is irrelevant. What is relevant is that it is going to happen and the IPA will not go away! The drum beat to address the pilot concerns will stay in the public domain untill UPS feels that it is there best interest to compensate the pilots vs. destroying a 100 year old compamy! The ball is in UPS court!
Again, EIGHTMENOUT1, Merry Christmas!

Scum bag huh? I don't know how "what's in store" for me is a threat when I'm prepared, and indifferent, to walking away from UPS for good. It'll give me an excuse to retire early at 44. Go ahead....make my day....

Bring it on you babbling scab.
When over seventy percent of the group commutes and the other airlines decline our jumpseat requests, you’ll get your five minutes of pleasure by firing folks that can't get to work. The pilots will rally around our downed airmen. Then the system will implode {no one can get to work}, management emergency flying will time out scabs like yourself and then UPS will slobber snots and cry to the IPA to help fix the mistake management created in the first place {normal ops at UPS}.
Please pull your head out of your rectum and take a breath of fresh air…. Or don’t they allow that on the little bus you ride on. Ask Barr if he can spare your expertise for that long.
