When I click on recap for Sept, which figure is going to be my 15th pay? Thanks.

Top one which says 1/2 your BLG. Of course this one doesn't take into account per diem or adjustments from the previous month. The best way to see your check early is on the "green screen". In IMS, type checks and your employee number. Make sure the date is the correct check you want to see.

Thanks FDXer. Can you get to this "green screen" from home. Only being here a year I know nothing about the "green" screen.

Click on the mainframe quick link the left of the page. Follow the instructions for loading the required software. It only takes a minute but it needs a window based product. Us MAC users are out of luck.

Your not out of luck if you have parallels software for mac. Of course you need a intel based mac and a copy of windows xp or 2000, etc. to use it...I get on the green screen on my mac from home frequently

Hey Z,

I'm too lazy to boot up the XP side of the laptop. I don't need IMS that bad. Good seeing you last week.

"green screen" also doesn't work with the new Windows Vista os from home either.

also 15th of month pay = 1/2 current month BLG plus previous month's overages (intl ovrd, extra CH above previous month BLG), and per diem.

the payroll recap page (new version) doesn't exactly tally it all up nice and neat for ya......you kinda have to piece it together yourself for the 15th paycheck.....and it doesn't show any deductions (pre- or post-tax) either.

Or, BLG minus previous month's underages...

Of course, I don't think there's a alot of that going on around here.
