I don't know the payscale, but I know of a 4 year captain that is a floater that brings in $63,000. I've heard rumors a first year Captain makes $43K. Every year pilots make an end of year bonus, heard it can be around $3K. The company does this only if you fulfill your contract, its to control attrition.

Ten questions:
- What are the 3 most junior bases (Direct hire captain)?
- Is the schedule commutable?
- How many days off per month?
- Do you get any "Hard" or guaranteed days off?
- What is a typical day/week/month like?
- How are the hotels?
- How many hours per month do you fly?
- I have seen a lot of discrepancies in pay between sources...So what is the average first year take home pay for a captain?
- Is there anyone there that has left a regional Jet job to fly with ACC?
- How does vacation accrual work?
Any help in answering these questions would be greatly appreciated...I would prefer to hear these questions answered by a line pilot rather than someone in HR! Thanks guys!
