Int'l Credit Card

Zip, zero, nada charges....
OK, over six years of Int'l ops with NO fees or charges:
Wings Financial Credit Union, http://www.wingsfinancial.com/ASP/home.asp
the former Northwest Federal Credit Union. NWA approached them several years ago about charging the credit union to use the name Northwest. They responded by changing the name to WFCU, and opening the door to anyone in aviation.
FD
PS: good rates for used cars, too

While Capital One eats the 1% international fee, they charged me a hefty $10 (yes, ten U.S. dollars) to front cash from an ATM in Europe. Only did it once and never again. The 1% fee from my debit card was considerably cheaper. Works great to buy meals in restaurants though.
Of course American Express waves the international fees as well if it's accepted at your establishment of choice.

rjpurgatory,
I have used a Capital one ATM card for several years and have never been charged a fee for an ATM transaction. It is linked to a money market account.
I also have a Capital one credit card. The credit card will cost you $ for a cash advance if that is what you did.

Has anyone received a settlement or heard anything from the Settlement Administrator regarding the class action suit against the credit card industry challenging how foreign transaction fees were disclosed and set?
