How Do You Update UPS?????????

How Do You Update UPS?????????
I have had my stuff in since April and would like to update since the window is been opened, but it says that my info doesn't need to be updated. When I hopefully do get a call will they just ask for my current stuff?? Also, the last app. was for a "FIRST Officer" the new one is for "FLIGHT Officer", any worries there or is it the same thing to HR?
