Look in the Pilot Benefit Book, in Section O, under Tuition Assistance Program. This should give you an idea of what it is you're looking for. I was going to PM you this information, then thought that maybe others might also be interested. However, I don't think the company will pay for your belly dancing classes.

When you are at the Hub you can access the FedEx intranet. In the keyword box on the top right of the home page type in "tuition reimbursement". The information comes up in the human resourses online section of the site.
Here you will find a very detailed Q & A section about tuition reimbursement.
I have been taking the full $3000 payout for the last three years working towards an MBA.
Once you are approved by ACP the process is pretty straightforward. You enroll in a class and pay for it yourself. Once you finish that particular class you then submit it for payment(To you FOA). It then takes one or two pay cycles to get paid. What a deal!
