There is a place in Collierville in the shopping center on Market st. (Across from the Home Depot.) They do warranty work, too. Sorry, I can't think of the name. I'll check when I come in to work tonight.

Take the Byhalia exit off Nonconnah (Bill Morris Parkway/385) then take a left on Poplar. The shop is in a little strip mall that runs perpendicular to Poplar on the right side of the street. They are closed at least two days during the week so call ahead to ensure they're open but you can usually get stuff fixed on the spot.

Talking Travelpro bag repair!

Although I haven't done it in a few years ... whenever I had a problem with my Travelpro bags, I called them and they issued me a RMA number (I don't remember exactly what the term was?). I would FedEx them my bag and about a week later, they would send me a letter saying that my bag was not repairable and that they were sending me a new one under their warranty.

I probably did this at least 3 times ... hope this helps.

Mark

PS ... there used to be a Travelpro outlet store (your airline ID is requied for admission) in Boca Raton, FL that sold REALLY CHEAP (seconds I suspect?) Travelpro bags. I haven't been there in a few years (not even sure it's still there) but:
