So your saying SFS is an MPDP-E hub, correct? And flights hub turning out of SFS get MPDP-E pay (6CH) or block which ever is greater?

FACT: CDG will be an FDA domicile just like SFS is now for scheduling and pay purposes.
Your OPINION: HKG will be and FDA domicile just like SFS is now.
FDXLAG has a valid point that 12.D.1.c.iii, only works within the "European Theatre". So, unless the company and ALPA agree to schedule it that way. Domestic parameters will not apply to HKG.
And by the way, HKG will be the domicile, CAN is the sort facility. Might need another agreement for that.
