I taught there a couple years ago. What a **** show. They did have an oblique reference to CRM somewhere in a manual, but no CRM training program. Another, former United instructor had spend many hours putting one together. Mgt wasn't interested.
I dunno how the FAA allows it.

All p121 operators are required by regulations to provide CRM training for pilots and flight attendants, and dispatch resource management (DRM) training for aircraft dispatchers. AC120-51d. They didn’t use asap if I remember correctly. Maybe that’s changed.

Because nobody has ever unintentionally hit the wrong switch and transmitted on the wrong radio. Ever. Every day. Multiple times.

Oh sure I’ve done it, just not while verbally abusing my co-worker.

Which is why a lot of skips don't use it. Can't tell who's talking.

You're quite the reformer, like a missionary in the world of ACMI. Not always truthful about it, but this isn't the first of them that you've graced as an "instructor" with an eye to saving the planet. You've been called out on it, too (hence your tag-line dedicated to me...you didn't like getting called out then and probably not now, either).

So you're describing an event where he forgot to remove the propeller chains?
