Even come up with your own
Most of them are great questions, no doubt. Some the company/union will view as nit-picking.
How about you use them to stimulate your brain and come up with your own questions....
Thousands of different questions asking the same thing is much more powerful than thousands of identical questions.

I realize that it may look like nit-picking, but after we in Subic have had to deal with these kinds of issues for years you begin to understand that everything needs to be nailed down. If it isn't detailed in an LOA or the contract you're just going to hear Steve Hanks say, "No!". Then you will have absolutely no one to turn to because our flight management runs in fear of this guy. It's either that, or they occupy two different fiefdoms.

The company has no problem nit-picking me over expense reports or anything else that involves money. I am still trying to get paid for taxi's in Hong Kong to get my French Visa that they begged me to obtain at any cost. Why should we trust anything that the company says verbally or in individual responses to pilots about this LOA? If they have been working on this for six months then they should be able to come up with a comprehensive document. Our collective lack of trust in terms of this LOA is simply "the chickens coming home to roost."

I understand...
Oh, I fully understand...I'm just saying I can see some union reps rolling their eyes at some of the questions.
I was not at the hub meeting, but what I'm hearing concerns me about how out of touch it appears some of our elected officials are.
Again, I have been fortunate enough to never have dealt with Hanks...and I hope never to.
Additionally, I'm concerned about all the pilots out there who have no desire to go to HKG or CDG, therefore won't read the LOA since it "won't affect them" yet the Union gave it's blessing, therefore they'll vote for it.
I just finished informing a roommate who was clueless about it.
The word needs to get out beyond this message board.

But if it's not in black and white, involves $, and you think the bean counters have any concept of the "reasonable person" theory...good luck.
Interpretation = You lose.
Lots of opportunity to be swiping the ol' Visa card for years with the holes in this document...
