I've been at ATI since Dec 2020. I saw one racial thing and that senior pilot was fired quickly. I don't know what other racial issues you could be talking about. We have our contract drama going on, but our culture on the flight deck and crews working with each other is the best I've seen in 30 years in the buisness.

With Frontier and Spirit slowing hiring options are becoming more limited but don't go to ATI until you've interviewed at United and realize if your plan fails you will take a pay and QoL hit unless you live near CVG.

Yes. American likes ATI pilots if you do well in training and impress the instructors. Doing poorly would have the opposite effect.

ATI is a great place to work. We've had pilots here go on to get work at many of the majors along with Fedex and UPS. There are many pilots here that have chosen to stay because of the great working environment. There are quite a few people on our sen list over 20yrs of service.
