The company is still the company. Thought we were talking about accepted fares.

As for the TA, if you don't think it's enough vote NO.

But your course of action may not get us anymore money in the end. Look at how we fared with the 777 pay grievance. I heard we turned down an offer before that went forward. The offer didn't come back. Another poor decision on our part.

Didn't get to vote on that proposal...

I am saying we are still taking the 1st offer as the best we are gonna get. We are still trusting the company to make things right sometime in the future.

When we negotiate like this I can almost guarantee we wont do any better than 3%. I think 3% and whatever work rules the company decides to grant is the best we can look forward to from here on out. Bridge TAs as far as the eye can see. Dont worry we will get em next contract will be our motto.

And with this approach they will always garner at least 400-500 "Yes" votes from all the guys planning to retire in the next 2-3 years.

They are not typically interested in the strategic issues....just ask them.
