People purposely applying here and believing what they been told at the interview are a joke. There’s tons of pages on here on information as to how this place works and operates, and the great folk that make this hole what it is.
they been promising this contract since august 2021, it was “literally ready to sign”.
the DHL airframes have been on the chopping block for almost a year now and y’all are surprised?
you get what you pay for. So many idiots come here with these high expectations of amerijet being “the IT” place to go and 6 months later realize everything on this board is true.
in this high hiring environment and you all chose to come to this hole you all deserve to pay the consequences. This place is the embodiment of the rust corner 36st **** HOLE of the airline industry. Accept it and move along.

Asked an Amerijet pilot tons of questions regarding working environment, pay, schedules.
And I got a simple answer : come 😂
which definitely hold me back 😅
