ROTH 401K at UPS?

Found it...
If I make Roth 401(k) contributions, can I still contribute to a Roth IRA?
Yes, as long as you meet the IRS income limits for a Roth IRA. Switching from making pre-tax contributions to making Roth 401(k) contributions may push you above the qualifying limits for a Roth IRA. Remember, you can make your contributions to the SAIC Retirement Plan in any combination of Roth 401(k) and pre-tax contributions.

Maybe..........unless our bankrupt country decides it needs the tax revenue and goes back on what they promised. Not like that would ever happen.
