Yeah, this is probably not for you.

meanwhile a UPS 2nd year FO makes more than most of your captains. But yeah, I’ll cry my way to the bank citing “cheap labor”.

Looking at flight aware it seems ABX does a decent amount of day flying.
You would have to look at what Atlas is doing now to get a feel for that. But looking through what we have in August, I'm not seeing much more of one than the other.

RJ Captains are making more than UPS, Delta, and FedEx Captains too, all depends
on how much they want to work. Take a look at the salary survey.

The UPS pilots don't have to do extra work to stay well ahead. Therein lies the difference.

That, and one or two legs a day, and it's a retirement job; the last job most will ever have. Unlike other positions, UPS is a destination, not a stepping stone.

The extra work is built into 80+ hour lines at UPS, pick your poison.
Add 20hrs of OT a month to 65 hr guarantee and yearly pay increases
significantly. UPS schedules suck!

Are you insinuating that if your airplane doesn't have automation you don't understand how to fly with basic instruments?
That is a bit scary should automation fail, which it often does.
