Not a TA anymore. It has been ratified.

The APC rates are correct except for the first year FO, which is now $101.23.

Dosen't sound like it. Said the ones owned by Titan will be leased out or used in Asia.

This isn't rocket science. I had stated it earlier but didn't want to push details. ABX will operate aircraft leased to AMZ from Titan (not all but most). AMZ isn't expanding, just shuffling chairs (this time between ABX and Atlas). Our guys and exco are all "hurrah" about the new deal/CBA extension (so am I) but...it only comes from Atlas mgmt wanting to get out of that segment of the biz...for whatever reason(s) you wish to say. ABX mgmt hasn't really been able to secure much on their own; they wait around till someone else drops a portion of their segment with hopes of picking it up. Thus far, ABX has been successful in that aspect. We received CK tails from Connie after they decided to exit some of that market, now we receive Atlas tails under a similar umbrella. And yes, ABX did get a tail or two from DHL that wasn't dropped by whomever.

At ABX juncture and management (ATSG) style I will take whatver we can get and be happy about it. Remember it's not like ABX is "taking" someone elses flying or job, they were givng away.

Atlas wanted out of the Amazon contract because we were losing millions of dollars a year with it.

Having 17 767's that fly less than 8 hours a day, yet requiring a 200% reserve coverage isn't a recipe for success. I think every Atlas guy truly wishes that you guys will be successful with them. For us, the money is in larger freighters.

This is the company that is just now getting GPS fleetwide because they developed a way to do it on the cheap. Upon his return to the office, the CEO told us he's "looking in the janitor's closet" for places to cut costs. I think it's safe to assume that the man in the big chair would not have signed on the line - for this deal or for our contract extension - unless he knew it would be profitable.

Indoc is in Wilmington. Sims may be in Wilmington, probably Miami, possibly Dallas.

We have a MIA-CVG flight every day. Plan ahead. We have a bunch of commuters from MIA, sometimes deadheads, and four seats.

Currently two flights everyday MIA.CVG, and three flights,
everyday CVG.MIA. And they do fill up fast.
