Which bottom feeder will get their 777's first, National or WGA?

I'm guessing National, given that WGA doesn't have any 777's on order (any more).

Default Planes in MCO

Saw five (maybe 6 couldn't quite make out the logo on one) National planes (3 747's) on the ground in MCO today. What's going on, are those all in for mx, new to the fleet, or just parked waiting for freight? Seems rare to have that much of your fleet together. How are things?

Default Staffing 777s

Anyone at National know when staffing the 777s will begin? I'm sure some from the 747 will move over? It wasn't long ago they were hiring DECs.
I guess their getting them means the rumor of Omni getting 777 freighters will remain just that, a rumor...

Very busy! Airplanes that need checks. Others like another A330 and an additional B744 that are going through certification. No planes parked waiting for freight. More like freight waiting to be picked up!

This was just announced, we have no idea.

We do have plenty of Triple7 experienced instructors and sim instructors on the line. At least their immediate need for sim instructors is met, but there is the need for 747 line pilots as well. So I don't know! It will be interesting regardless 😉

So it might end in a tie.

There was no rumor of Omni getting more 777's unless you're referring to the rumor 2-3 years ago that was dispelled.
Omni is working to put A321 cargo & pax on property by early early next year.
no faith in the new management. Too many imports from places like swift. ATSG destroying another good airline

ATSG hasn't destroyed ABX, most are pretty happy over there.
