Yes, both. Most CA are being hired away by the majors. It is pretty much that way, across the board.

Just 100 hrs shy of 1000 TPIC. However I have close to 3000 hrs of 747 time. How quick the upgrade will be if I come in to National as an FO?

Did you fly outside of CONUS for another 747 operator?

Nope.. All US.. Regionals and an ACMI operator

What's your total time, total Jet PIC, etc. It will depend on what's your total base experience and what they see during training as an F/O here. Be mindful that a lot of experienced guys are reaching the 1,000 hour mark 121 FAA, these guys are all very experienced captains so that will play into it.

At Atlas, most of our lines are pretty close to min guarantee. Is that what you are seeing at National, or is it easy to get higher?
