Left my senheisers in the jet after walking away with shaking knees the night of Katrina...remember that one? 80+ mph winds...but down the runway. Rough!
Anyway--some kind soul gave that $500 headset to my ACP--got'em back the next time I was in town. Again--thanks!

When I was a new hire I found a flashlight in a 727 and duly dropped it in the Lost and Found.
A week later this guy calls me at home - burning mad because I had done that (it must have been stolen). Evidently he wanted me to get it in his locker somehow. If you're reading this, I'm off probation now, so bite me....

I'm thinking of getting rid of my airport car and just grabbing keys with remotes and going to the parking lot looking for flashing lights as I click away!

I left my camera, pre digital camera days, on the plane in ANC. I didn't realize until the next day when I was westbound for a week plus in Asia. When I came back through ANC, Ops had my camera waiting with the paperwork. When I developed the film a week later, I had a whole roll of shots of almost everyone in Ops!

Last itme I lost was my 1" Jepps trip binder on the last day we used Jepps. No big deal excpet there was a ton of personal stuff in there - pictures, cards from my wife and daughter, etc that I would to have back. I check L and F every time I'm in the AOC.

I lost my glasses and case in the Airbus once. Kept looking for them and couldn't find them. After about 15 minutes of searching after block in I just happened to pull the PAT out. Guess what. A glass case can fit between the bottom of the bin and the PAT!

This one time, I lost a pencil and someone found it and returned it in my inbox.
And this one time, I lost a paperclip. Can you believe it? Captain was so mad at me. But luckily someone put it in the lost and found and I picked it up a month later. Thanks guys!
