Well, there's at least one. 😊 I'm guessing a lot more will leave once a major calls. For some though, living in base with a regional brings way more QOL than ACMI life, and that's the direction this pilot went.

Indeed I was! The hardest part for me were day/night transitions. My sleepy eyes were already wandering.

The short term difference is I don't believe ATI or those from other ACMI's are making lateral moves. Unless ATI starts to shut down again as they historically have every 5-8yrs.

ATI is no different that ATLAS, K, or anyone els. Massive hiring wave hasn't even crested and wont for another 5 years. I think you will see a complete turnover of pilots that "can" leave.
