Mustache is mandatory for men in the 208.
The initial 408 cadre is now in training, it'll take some time to see how the pilot's evolve after the lines actually appear and ossify.
Globally throughout the company beards are not officially supported, we need to be able to use an oxy mask, either for altitude or DG issues.
