Anchorage up-date
Flew into ANC this morning, clear skys and 14F. Could see all of the peaks from Augustine to Spur. McKinley too! One of the most beautiful sunrises I've ever seen. Only problem, I was rolled by a group of 15 methed-out crack heads in the company parking lot! It would be smart if you stayed away

Sorry you are not feeling well, would you care to share your experience in Anchorage with us? After all, we haven't made any jokes about dog lovers yet.
It's fairly normal for pilots to show a little pride in their selected domicile and at the same time tell jokes about how bad it is to try to warn their seniors off. I think it's fairly obvious a lot of these people love ANC, but it's not for everyone. Lots of choices and different preferences. To each his own.
