K4's CBA is a big improvement over their last one. Took 6 years. It ratified. You will be lucky to get the same percentage increase. But of course you either already know this and still are spewing **** or you don't know and are talking about things you have no working knowledge of. Either way you're a tard and really I do tards everywhere a huge disservice by listing you as one of their peers.

The rates are probably better than you have now along with other parts of their contract unless you are lucky enough to be the Brown or Purple you mentioned. Did you happen to figure out with your limited brain power just why those two are at the top of the forums separated from the rest?
Yeah, I was addressing the mentality of the 8 year old that posted with complete distain and disrespect to the people that fought the K4 management for six years and came up with the contract to beat if you are non-legacy. To the NC at K4: Don't worry about Ludicrum velocitas (quick to be stupid) and the like. Halfwits (hey I found another one) of his ilk are always on the edge of the fight but never enjoin. I know about SOME of the big challenges you faced and it spite of it all did an outstanding job that not only improved your pilots' lot in life, but helped the rest of the industry segment. My hat's off to you

The contract WAS ratified and it was a big increase from what they had before. My own opinion is that it's an increase from what you have now. They certainly aren't suffering the kind of attrition that Atlas has and the K4 pilots that I have talked to appear to be happy. That's a successful contract.
