Picked some of the info from the airline profiles page. Bold is GoJet. Didn't know how to tab it over to make it easier to read, so just bolded one of them..

There's a lot to picking a regional. Commuting sucks first! Flow is a nice gem to have in the back pocket. Movement at both companies is very quick.

I know someone who has an offer from xjet and G7.Being that he is prior 121 he wants to upgrade whenever he is ready and xjet cant offer that.So he will probably end up at G7 and upgrade whenever he wants.
So do whats best for you and your situation. Some guys are ok waiting 8 or 9 years to flow, while some are more aggressive in making their own opportunities.

PSA... Double the signing bonus, $20K retention bonuses paid out quarterly your second and third year, no interview no degree required flow to American Airlines, 5% profit sharing, pretty good healthcare, SAP (schedule adjustment period), 30+ remaining CRJ700s to be transferred, options for a dozen more CRJ900s, and least likely of the two to be sold or merged.

The new DO doesn't know anything about running an airline, he has only been out of the Navy a few years where he was not a pilot. He became a pilot after getting out. I think that shows G7 does not have long term plans but just wants to maintain the status quo until they shutdown or merge.

G7 is just not an option unless you have already flunked out of other airline training and have no other options. Their contract was negotiated by guys who don't know anything about what is needed in an airline contract. No min guarantee if the day starts after noon or ends before 5 pm. A 4 day trip could have a guarantee of only 8 hours. For what I do for 90 hours of pay at Skywest I would only be paid 60 at Gojet. That is not from speculating, those are real numbers for the trips I fly. The contract makes a difference.
The entire month is guaranteed. What is posted is what you get regardless of any cancelations or reroutes. The contract has a caveat where you might not get a minimum 4hrs depending on the time you leave the base, instead just time flown for the day. Do I like it? No, but very rarely does it make an impact because most days are credited 4hrs of flight time at minimum. I regularly get 18-20 days off with 80-85 credits. You want to be truthful? How about 4yrs right seat in the RJ at Skywest .
The upper management on the other hand is a legitimate concern, I won't deny that to anyone.
