Ya see? That's what I am trying to say.
I also split the walk arounds, and not just on nice days. You want to go into the terminal and pick up lunch at the outstation? I'll catch the walkaround and start putting numbers into the FMS. (I even remember to change the flight number on page 2 of "Radio". How many Captains remember to do that?!?!)

Picked some of the info from the airline profiles page. Bold is GoJet. Didn't know how to tab it over to make it easier to read, so just bolded one of them..

There's a lot to picking a regional. Commuting sucks first! Flow is a nice gem to have in the back pocket. Movement at both companies is very quick.

Republic...umm
Brian Bedford is a hypocrite of biblical proportions. I don't think the financials and industry trends support any future with Republic. History is doomed to repeat itself. They'll get the crumbs along the way.

Republic also has the very misleading compensation package in which their salary includes things like Per Diem, 401k contributions, medical insurance contributions, and the like.
$40,000 in wages
$7,500 signing bonus
$5,800 per diem
$6,200 "benefits"
The WO pay $10k more, and don't even count the per diem or the "benefits".
