PIC Turbine (turboprop) or SIC Jet
Want to know what people are thinking when it comes to PIC vs SIC flight times.
Currently, I'm logging PIC Turbine (turboprop) but wanted to know if it was better than SIC Jet. I see all the majors except SWA and I think UPS and FedEx have dropped the PIC Turbine requirement; so I'm curious as to what looks best for a resume.
Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Generally PIC>SIC but like all things will be case dependent on type of flying, resume, etc.
Look at what the backgrounds of individuals actually getting hired are, not just minimum requirements.

I'd like to see this in perspective.
What's your TT?
How much PIC turbine you already have?
How much SIC?
This 91 or 135?
Multi crew CRM?
I have no idea why but there seem to be magic numbers like 500 and 1000.
Anything passed a certain amount will have diminishing returns.
I have a stupid amount of dual given and honestly it makes my resume look lopsided and like I have a problem.
So if you're between 500-750 on the PIC is consider walking for the SIC jet.
If you're closer to 1000 I'd stick around and get that before you move.
No real rhyme or reason to my argument though.

^^^ Good questions.
Add these - What type of turboprop? What type of jet? How much flying would you do in each? What type of flying? Eg - Piper Meridian vs 777? 300 hrs a year vs 800 hrs a year?
IMO the answer is more complex than the simple information you provided.
As it is right now it's like you're asking "should I marry the blonde or the brunette?"

You've got all the right times just need some time on type which can be as little as 250.
