Being a Pilot in Europe and Asia?
Hello. I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask this question. I hope a mod can correct this situation in case it's not.
I would like to fly in Europe (for a major, of course, that's the goal and I know that starting at a regional/low cost is the way), but I cant get much information about current hiring status. On the other hand, I would like to ask a couple of -silly- questions regarding the requirements:
What languages are you required to speak (I mean, do I need to speak Finnish if I want to fly in that area, or Chinese to fly around Asia?)?
How many (and what type) hours do I need? (just in case it is different from the requirements in the US).
Then, what about the actual experience of flying in Europe or Asia?
Not only in terms of landscapes or infraestructure, but also in terms of QoL, quality of aircrafts available, how pilots are treated, etc.
Welp, too many questions for one night. I hope someone can provide some answers and I hope that this questions are useful to someone else too.
Thanks in advance,
Marmol.

Do you have the right to work in the EU? If so, maybe but it is a worse market than the US. If not, near impossible. Asia, you'll have to have significant 121 time as a captain to work most contracts.

I hold an Italian citizenship so I would be able to legally work there. Problem might be validating licenses and getting a job.
