At United's military hiring webinar last year, they said (direct quote),

"to be considered current in UA's eyes, you must have 100 hours of flight time in the last 12 months in something more complex than a Cessna 172."

I have never heard of any recency modifier for fighter dudes at any of the airlines.

Hope for the best and prepare for the worst; put your apps in and hope that they'll call you with what you have, and prepare to go to a regional or a contractor in the interim if they don't call.
