Default Republic or Endeavor Interview Gouge?

Hello, this is my first post here! I'm an Air Force Navigator with 2400 hours of civilian pilot/CFII experience, and recently typed/ATP in Boeing 737 as well as a couple of different models of Citation (Ultra and Excel) from a previous position instructing for a Part 142 training center. I'm retiring from the Air Force in September, and have interviews set up with Endeavor and Republic, and would appreciate any recent gouge, tips, info, etc from anyone who's been through it. Thank you!

At Endeavor brush up on basic Part 91 IFR regs, VERY basic systems, how to read TAF/METAR, and approach briefs. The rest of the time is spent on HR questions, tell me about a time questions, and scenarios. As long as you're yourself you'll be more than ok in the interview process. If you have any other questions feel free to shoot them my way in a PM. I'm an Army National Guard guy myself.

Take a look at aviationinterviews.com for recent interview gouges. I'll be starting with 9E in a few weeks. The interview was extremely relaxed. HR, TMAAT, some technical, brief an approach, do we need an alternate. Really basic stuff that you shouldn't have any problem with
