Are there other flight schools that offer everything that ATP offers for much less money? Also, in approximately the same amount of time? I guess I feel nervous about starting flight training at a relatively late age, considering when I'll be at an hours requirement to start a career. Anxious to get the ball rolling.

As stated earlier by others, ATP probably is the best option for your situation. While it is expensive, it pays off by receiving your training far faster and letting you start working years sooner. I am currently in ATP in Southern California and almost all the students there are in a similar place in life as you. Plus ATP gives you a guaranteed flight instructor job upon completing the program.
