hoggin,
Fast Pass sessions usually will last around 10-15 minutes. Have a good introduction and be ready to talk a bit about your strengths, leadership style, and what traits you'll bring to XYZ company. Have a few good stories in your head if asked, but the majority of the discussion will be "meat and potato" type questions. Some candidates will actually set themselves back from lack of preparation and a poor discussion, others will stand out and make an impression.

I agree with Centerline. The biggest complaint from recruiters at industry conferences is that people are not coming prepared. They have no idea who they are as a pilot or a person. You need to be able to sell your resume and not just repeat what is listed on it. It is about telling a great story and to make yourself stand out from the thousands of other applicants. What makes you different compared to everyone else?
Practice what you are going to say but do not memorize your answers. It is about having a casual conversation with the recruiter. Some questions will have to deal with you being a pilot. Some questions will have to deal with what you do outside of aviation. Remember that recruiters are always watching you throughout the entire day. Always have a positive attitude, stay off your cell phone, and make sure you network with everyone. You never know who could help you with your career.
If anyone has a question please send us a PM. Good luck at the conference.

WAI is a group that's focus is the advancement of Women in the the Aviation Industry. That being said, it is not just for women. Many men are and have been members, to include greats such as Chuck Yeager.
The once a year WAI gathering is not a job fair. Its a conference. There are numerous seminars and other informative gatherings during the 4 days. My suggestion is to see as much as possible and meet as many people as possible, instead of focusing entirely on your 1 shot at your dream job. Yes you should prepare for your chance, but also do your best to enjoy the whole conference, including the Saturday night banquet.

I.e. no Fast Pass, no face time?
The companies participating in Fast Pass will NOT be taking resumes or interviewing in the exhibit hall. In fact, most of these companies will not have HR representatives at their booths in the exhibit hall.

Am I reading the WAI site correctly? Without a Fast Pass, you will NOT have the opportunity to speak with a Recruiter during any of the 4 days of the Conference??

Probably not on Thursday or Friday, which are the fast-pass days. I went to WAI a couple years ago to talk to JetBlue without a fast-pass and was able to obtain one after lunch since they had some extras. That probably wouldn't happen with the "Big 3."
Saturday is no fast-pass, walk-up only. So prepare to be waiting in a lot of lines I would image.
