Airline number 1 = big deal . Airline number two = no big deal. Why take a chance. Go with the flow. Unlike the 2000s the regionals is just to get to the majors you're not there for the money. However I know a guy that got turned down at Delta that had 5 failures many in his 121 career and then got hired at United. nice guy too. I'd still go with the flow. That's what pilots do, take the path that you think at that time gives you the best chance.

That was assuming 85 hours a month with the sign on bonus, retention bonus, and per diem. I guess they are adding either 3-10k as a sign on bonus. I think they vote on that tomorrow but yeah looking back at the math before that it is probably like 45-50k.
