People!!!! This guy can flow to AA in 3-5 years at a particular regional and we're still debating which one he should go to?! Are you serious?

I got a class date with them, I think it's my safest and probably best bet long term. Especially given my busts.

Wow! Four check ride failures is considered no big deal?

I guess it shows a never quit attitude.

Airline number 1 = big deal . Airline number two = no big deal. Why take a chance. Go with the flow. Unlike the 2000s the regionals is just to get to the majors you're not there for the money. However I know a guy that got turned down at Delta that had 5 failures many in his 121 career and then got hired at United. nice guy too. I'd still go with the flow. That's what pilots do, take the path that you think at that time gives you the best chance.

It's not a big deal as long as you have a solid training record after those. Just be humble about your busts. Some choose not to ever become a CFI so I believe those hold less weight especially since their bust rate is a lot higher.

I would go with the carrier that has the easiest commute with a "true flow" option. To be honest, if you have multiple checkride failures and multiple checkride failures on the same checkride, I don't foresee your 121 training events going well. However, anyone can pass with enough hard work, but IMHO it will take you longer to get to a major with your record compared to a "true flow." Just keep your nose clean and work hard in the future.

Agreed especially given your busts, but I would take the flow to AA even if you didn't have the busts! Add those in and in my opinion this becomes a total no-brained.
