Default Spirit Gouge please

I have an interview with Spirit next week. No luck requesting a current gouge in existing Spirit threads. Would someone please respond with a link with a current gouge? Or message me directly? I want to be prepared. The only information I can find is more than 4 years old. Things have changed a lot throughout the threads I have read. IE psych test / no test. ATP test. No ATP test.. I need to know what to study this week.
Thank you.

No ATP Test/ Psych Test. Meet in room with candidates they go over company. Candidates introduce themselves to group. Usually 2 or 3 on 1 panel interviews. Mostly TMAT questions:
Why spirit?
Check ride failures?
TMAT you learned something?
TMAT you didn't get along with a crewmember?
TMAT you went above and beyond?
TMAT you had a long delay but didn't cancel.
TMAT you volunteered.
TMAT you broke a FAR
What do you think Spirit can do better?
Who do you know here?
Tell me your history from Flight Instructor on.
What if legacy called you.
Basically have some stories in your bank for conflict, customer service, leadership, your strengths and weaknesses. Everyone's questions are different depending on your resume. Be able to explain your resume. Bring LOR. Be truthful don't be canned. Show them your in it for the long haul. They didn't touch my logbooks. It felt like 20 minutes and I left not knowing whether it went terrible or great. (Got the job). Be yourself, be positive. Big brother is watching all the time. Most of the time is spent talking to fellow candidates and lunch with company personel afterwards. Engage the people you are having lunch with. You will be nervous but that is normal. Good luck there is a high pass rate. I can tell you that working here is great I love it.

If you want to be prepared, do an interview prep with any of the highly recommended companies you see reviews for on this forum. I cant imagine not doing this.

Thank you airsense00.
flight100, I signed up (non-paying) at aviationinterviews.com, but AFTER I log in, when I click on one of their links to actually read something, I just get a blank screen. Or it wants $$. I worry that if I pay, I might end up with the blank screens. Or does everything just open up once you log in as a paid customer?
The $20 is less than the ATP prep book I was going to buy, so it would be a good investment..

SS says Hilton Garden Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port
180 SW 18th Avenue will provide transportation to the and from the airport and transportation the training center for your interview if needed and requested at check in.

Do you know of the other three suggested hotels do the same?

Hyatt Place
91 SW 18th Ave
Dania Beach, FL 33004

Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port
2081 Griffin Road
Dania Beach, FL 33312

Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port
400 Gulf Stream Way
Dania Beach, FL 33004

The Juice. That is good advice. I already did an interview prep, resume review service, and application review service before attending the job fair. Everyone at Spirit was nice. The training instructor I saw walked my resume over for the ladies to schedule an interview right away. It seems that some airlines invite 30 pilots in with the intention of hiring 5. The presentation that Spirit conducted said they want you. You compete only against yourself, and its yours to lose. So there is no such thing as over-preparing. And now I have an idea of where to better spend my time (than rehashing ATP questions I haven't reviewed in 15 years.) I will still take as much advice as I can get.
Thank you.

I'm not sure why its a blank screen for you, it should work fine. Maybe you can try on your phone or another computer. Deff worth it if you can get to reading recent gouges from fellow interviewers.

I second the interview prep, but if you've already done one, you'll be fine.

Be personable and positive, you're personality will shine through if you're honest. Just relax and enjoy the interview. It was a little different, but I don't have a lot of experience in interviewing.

Show plenty early. I rented a car when I came down, but it's not necessary. Most of the hotels, and the ones listed are great ones for the interview, will take you there. Remember, your interview begins the moment you leave your house. If you fly down on Spirit, be very courteous TO EVERYONE, introduce yourself to the crew and let them know you're going down to interview. Everyone should offer words of encouragement because we all want you to be successful.

At all times you're at the interview center, realize and understand you're "interviewing" at all times, even when you're not talking to someone. Don't think "conspiracy theory", it's just a mental trick to prep yourself.

Best of luck to you and all the interviewees. Don't take all the negative stuff on the board seriously, this really is a great place to work.
